How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. Custom or handmade home decor items may require an additional 2-3 days for processing before shipment.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition. Please note that personalized orders and final sale items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, To You From Steph ships to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our delivery options to more countries in the near future.
What happens if my item arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if an item arrives broken, please email us a photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
Are your products handmade?
Many of our collections feature artisanal, handcrafted elements. Please check the individual product descriptions for specific details regarding materials and manufacturing processes.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has moved into the fulfillment or production stage, we are unable to make further changes.
